Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To initiate a return, please contact us at stanley.ivans.km@gmail.com. Returns are handled on a case-by-case basis, and we will provide further instructions after reviewing your request.

Items must be unused, in original condition, and in their original packaging.

Damages and issues  
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and work to resolve it as quickly as possible.

Non-returnable items  
Gift cards are non-returnable. Certain items may be subject to return limitations. If you are unsure whether your item is eligible for return, please contact us before sending anything back.

Refunds  
Once your return request is approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method after inspection. Please note that it may take several business days for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.

European Union 14-day cooling-off period  
If your order is shipped to a country within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery, in accordance with EU consumer protection laws. Items must be unused and in original condition.
